This ideal location allows you to easily transition your time between basking in the sun on the beach and relaxing at home, or perhaps at the shared outdoor community swimming pool right outside your front door! Your own private outdoor shower makes clean up easy and there??s ample room in the covered garage to store your kayaks, bikes, and any other beach toys you may bring. For your convenience, there is a charcoal grill, and a cart to tote your essentials! The interior of this spacious home has a light, airy coastal aesthetic. The large living area boasts several large windows and white plank walls. There is ample comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa, 2 side chairs, and a large wall-mounted flat screen tv. The adjacent dining table seats 6 while an additional 4 can dine at the spacious kitchen island, complete with bar seating. The open floor plan allows your friends and family to mingle no matter where they are! The fully equipped kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator and basics including a coffeemaker, toaster and spices. If you prefer to enjoy the fresh ocean air outdoors, the spacious balcony offers seating for 4, making it a perfect spot to kick back and relax. The beautiful master bedroom, with its turquoise accents, is serene and inviting. There is a comfortable king size bed, dresser and a wall-mounted flat screen tv along with a beautiful private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen size beds, a wall-mounted flat screen television and a spacious private bathroom. There is also a new stacked washer and dryer inside the house.
